Servant Church is a missional community of believers and seekers, coming from different backgrounds and perspectives to explore and follow the way of Jesus together. We are a people drawn together by the love of God in Christ, seeking to become a picture of God’s love for Austin and the world.
In your relationships with one another, have the same attitude of mind Christ Jesus had: who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
We’re honest about the questions we have, and there’s a place for you whatever your faith background. Join us to ask questions, to serve with us, to have fun getting to know new people. We’re seeking and finding life in Jesus – his life, his teaching, his death, and resurrection. We believe that because Jesus poured out his life as a servant to all, we are compelled and empowered to do the same. Having been served by the love of God, we are becoming servants in Christ’s image by the power of the Holy Spirit. For more information:
As a church in the Church Universal, we work to live a Christ-centered life. We endeavor to be a family to all who enter our doors (and to all we meet). As a community, we seek to make the love of Christ—rather than agreement—the center of our lives. As such, we welcome all people, including LGBTQIA folks, immigrants, and all who have ever felt unwelcome in a church. For more information, please see our Statement of Welcoming Practices.
